Eclipse Instrumentation (I) Pvt .Ltd. was established in the year 1991.
For 8 consecutive years the company was dedicatedly engaged in manufacturing of “Solid State” Electro surgical generators , most commonly referred to as “Cautery machine” in surgical field.
The limited quantum of production, simplicity of operations and awareness of creating goodwill amongst the customers ensured the smooth functioning of every machine ,enabling to give satisfactory service to customers all along the period of these eight years and the failure rate of Solid State was well maintained between 10-12% as average.
In 1999 Eclipse introduced Microcontroller based units. With the introduction of new technology , the sales prospects witnessed an unprecented growth. Today Eclipse has to their credit a customer base of over 15000 customers all over India and abroad.
In time, the company introduced newer versions of upfront technology for more specific applications. The company went on adding and incorporating new models comprising of more customer friendly and precision offering features.
A special model was developed and marketed for economically backward zones with minimal cost and wider applications.
In higher grade models, company heightened its technological excellence to a level that the super specialty surgeons ,such as neuro surgeons .M.ch.(Neuro), Cardiovascular Thoracic Surgeons (C.V.T.S.) who never used any cautery machines other than imported versions, have started using Eclipse machines in their O.T.’s.
The entire focus has shifted from business profit to customer satisfaction. Today the QMS has ensured complete indemnity to us from technical criticalities generating much time to be employed for portfolios such as customer satisfaction , preventive measures etc.
