Prism is a subsidiary of Eclipse Instrumentation Pvt Ltd. It was established in the year 2011 with an idea to develop energy efficient, cost-effective and environment-friendly products which will serve as an import substitute to International brands and Chinese brands. The team is lead by Mr. Rohan Nagare (B.Tech- ISM – Dhanbad, Ph.D. in Lighting Systems) and Mr. Priyal Nagare (B.Tech – IIT-Bombay, MBA in marketing from SPJIMR, Mumbai). Just like its parent company (Eclipse), Prism has achieved the objective of manufacturing trustworthy units and has become a mark of reliability within the Medical industry.
